She has been employed at ABLE Families for 21 years. She started as a home visitor with the MIHOW program. Her lead-by-example attitude made her the obvious choice as supervisor. By developing her staff based on their individual strengths, Marlene was promoted to Site Leader. Her empathy, support, and concern for not only the families she served but the entire community led her to the position as Interim Executive Director. Her vision, leadership, passion, and patience are only a few of the qualities that placed her as Executive Director of ABLE Families.
